    Connect your store

    You connect your e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce or your own custom system) using our built-in connectors. If you prefer, you can send us a spreadsheet or connect via API. We then pull in your product data, UI strings and any existing translations you have.

    AI generates the first draft

    We train a custom AI model on your brand's tone of voice using your existing content, style guides and past translations. This model generates a first draft across all target languages. For UI strings, it accounts for character limits and context. For product content, it goes beyond word-for-word translation to write copy that sounds natural in each language.

    Native editors review every line

    Every piece of content is reviewed by a native-speaking editor who actually lives in your target market. They check for natural phrasing, cultural fit, brand consistency and factual accuracy. For product content, they make sure descriptions read like they were written locally. For UI strings, they check that nothing sounds awkward in context.

    QA and publish

    Our QA team runs linguistic checks and functional testing. For UI, we verify strings render correctly on the live site, fit within buttons and menus, and display proper date, currency and number formats for each locale. Approved content is pushed back to your platform automatically. New products you add later flow through the same pipeline without manual intervention.

    Monitor and iterate

    Localisation is not a one-time project. We monitor SEO performance in each market, track new content you add and keep your translations up to date as your catalogue and platform evolve. You get a dedicated project manager who knows your brand and your markets.
